Intro

Hi! I'm Nicole and this is my first time building a website and using code :) I'm super excited to see where this journey takes me and to share with you all my nerdy interests. I hope to share with you some of my writings, interests, hobbies, fashion, movie, music, and art inspirations!

I'm an artist and educator and love using different mediums and processes; right now I'm interested in learning more stop motion animation, mosaics, and 3-d sculpture. Although my main focus is creating comics.

My narrative works can transcend timelines and dimensions while evolving a dream-like folklore experience through usage of symbols as a way to communicate signs for us to interpret. Creating alternate realities that stem out of my observations allows people to reconsider how we function within the chaos. My work offers a hopeful avenue of possibilities in a world too often worn down with existential dread. Wanting to make the everyday experiences in life seem magical and surreal, I create comics to help interpret the world around me and inside of me.
